Our MOQ is quite flexible: standard products support small-batch orders, ideal for testing or pilot use. For OEM/ODM customization, the MOQ depends on product type, packaging and processing requirements — we will clarify this during the quotation stage. We value every customer regardless of order size, and welcome starting with a small trial order to build a long-term partnership.
You are welcome to schedule an on-site factory tour to see our production lines, quality testing processes and product samples. For customers who cannot travel, we can arrange a video tour to show you the factory environment and equipment online. Advance booking is recommended so we can prepare the presentation according to your areas of interest.
We support common international trade payment methods such as T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit), as well as trade assurance on platforms like Alibaba. Specific payment ratios and milestones (e.g. advance percentage, balance terms) are negotiated based on order value, cooperation history and trade terms, and are clearly stated in the contract to protect both parties.
The warranty period varies by product category: regular products typically come with 12 months or more, and core equipment (such as bollards and road blockers) may offer extended warranty options. Free repair is provided for non-man-made faults during the warranty period. The exact scope and duration are specified in the contract, and we provide clear warranty documentation at delivery.
Export packaging is designed based on product type and transportation mode: large equipment usually ships in wooden crates with moisture and shock protection, with key components individually secured; small items use reinforced cartons or pallets. We support neutral packaging, branded packaging and multilingual manuals, and provide packing lists and packaging instructions before shipment to ensure safe transport and smooth customs clearance.
It depends on the product: small equipment supports sample delivery so you can inspect the physical quality first. For large equipment, due to size and shipping costs, we usually recommend video demonstrations, factory visits or delivered-project references instead. Sample policies (fees, timeline, deductions) will be explained during our discussion, and we will do our best to find the most suitable approach for you.
