Hainan Free Trade Port Smart Vehicle Inspection Project
A closed-loop supervision system of "smart sensing - risk analysis - precise response" with instant clearance for low-risk cargo.
01
Customer Pain Points
- Traditional supervision lags: checks rely heavily on personal experience with no pre-emptive risk analysis
- Low clearance efficiency: traditional checks require vehicles to stop for manual operations — slow, congested, higher logistics costs
- Dual goals of the FTZ: fast flow of factors vs. strict anti-smuggling control
02
Our Solution
The project deeply integrates AI, big data and IoT, deploying 11 core devices including passenger car inspection systems, under-vehicle inspection systems and container rapid-scan systems. Non-contact inspection with AI risk analysis builds the "smart sensing - risk analysis - precise response" closed loop: high-risk vehicles are intercepted automatically while low-risk cargo clears instantly.
